165,000 Reasons welcomes Nick Cuff as campaign Ambassador

Urban Sketch Managing Director joins national coalition standing with children and families in temporary accommodation.

165,000 Reasons is proud to welcome Nick Cuff, Managing Director of Urban Sketch, as a campaign Ambassador, strengthening its growing national coalition committed to ensuring no child’s home is temporary.

Urban Sketch is a development and advisory business focused on unlocking sites, delivering new homes and creating successful places through collaboration between the public and private sectors.

As a chartered planner and surveyor, Nick brings extensive experience of housing development, land, planning and public private partnerships. He also understands local government decision making and the practical barriers that can prevent much needed homes from being delivered.

His support will help the campaign champion practical approaches that unlock housing supply while keeping the needs of children and families at the centre of development.

Nick Cuff, Managing Director of Urban Sketch, said:

“We need to be clear sighted about what it takes to deliver the thousands of new homes this country needs. The campaign is a wake up call to all of us for concerted action to remove the blockages. I hope as an Ambassador I can help advance the cause and look forward to working to make this happen.”

Nick Kilby, Founder of Cratus Group and 165,000 Reasons, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Nick Cuff as an Ambassador for 165,000 Reasons. Nick brings considerable experience of planning, development and local government, alongside a clear commitment to delivering more homes and creating places in which communities can thrive.

His understanding of how the public and private sectors can work together to unlock housing delivery will be a real asset to the campaign. We look forward to working with Nick to develop practical solutions and build wider support for urgent change.”

As a campaign Ambassador, Nick Cuff will help raise awareness, contribute his development and planning expertise and encourage greater involvement from across the housing sector.

We are grateful to Nick Cuff for standing with us.
